In addition to providing after-care packages for our building customers, we also offer a service package specifically for landlords and letting agents. Managing multiple properties is by definition more complex and stressful but we can assist you by utilising asset tracking software to maintain an up-to-date schedule of works required across your portfolio of properties.

Having these services in one larger company allows us to collaborate internally, meaning you get shorter lead times, competitive pricing and work done in a more concentrated period, rather than dragging out over the course of the year.
