First Floor Over Garage Extension, Netley

This was an interesting build with a stunning visual outcome. Our teams converted the existing ground floor double garage from this property into half living accommodation and half garage. Above that we formed a first floor extension which tied into the existing property to form a new open plan kitchen / family area.

This newly formed light and airy space was flanked by Aluminium Bi-Fold Doors the vistas complemented by Glass Balustrades and Porcelain Walk Ways, giving pleasant views across the countryside.

To complete the modern look the openings were flanked with Anthracite UPVC Grained Cladding.
Internally we provided a full fit out service including the electrics, heating, kitchen, floor coverings and decorations.
It is one of the more unique designs we have received which we think very nicely ties the more traditional look of the existing house with the more modern extension.
