This is one of the more interesting jobs we have had as it essentially turned a boring double garage into a full blown recording studio. This does create some problems when the garage is within a few metres in every direction of other people’s properties, so noise mitigation was key.
The construction of this is something you only undertake if you understand it, acoustic engineering a building is difficult and requires a good design and accurate execution of it, this job was a graphic demonstration of both, because inside you can have a full band playing loud, outside you can’t hear them.
