Single Storey Link, Rear and Side Extensions with Landscaping

This was an extensive refurbishment and extension project carried out in Winchester by the team. The work comprised extending and constructing a first floor extension and roof space to the existing double garage (left) to form a new bedroom suite and en-suite bath & shower-room.
The second element of the build comprised forming a new double garage with self contained suite above it which could be used as office space or potentially an Air BnB property. This is finished to the outside with a reclaimed tile roof with two Velux Balcony Windows.
The hard landscaping comprised of extensive rear terracing, side access, retaining walls, raised planters, new tarmac drive way, and all paving.

Internally there were also extensive works undertaken to form new bathrooms, and an altered layout complete with new engineered wood flooring, underfloor heating, Ubiquity/Unify Wifi-Networks and smart technology.

The project took a little over 12 weeks to complete.
