Bungalow Extension & Complete Refurbishment – Winchester

This was an extensive refurbishment of a 1960’s bungalow in Winchester. The work involved a complete internal refurbishment including new plumbing & heating, underfloor heating system, new electrics, as well as all new 2nd Fix Carpentry, Kitchen, Bathrooms and Ensuite Bathrooms and full decorations.
Outside we formed a number of pathways and terraces to meet the clients outlined requests.
The project took approximately 11 weeks to complete from start to finish.

Externally on the project we supplied and installed new UPVC windows and doors, new UPVC Fascias, Soffits and Rainwater Goods.
The bungalow had an entirely new roof and hard landscaping including pathways, driveways and raised planters were created out of various materials including brick and timber.
