Single Storey Extension & Groundworks, Netley

The designs the architects provided here turned a house with a functionality problem into one which flowed nicely having a perfect balance between light airy entertaining space and the ability to close off adjoining rooms for privacy.

In essence this was quite a large single storey extension with both single pitch and flat roof elements which encompassed both Solar Operated Velux Windows and also Electrically Operated Roof Lanterns.

 

Internally we also performed alterations to the layout and stair case positions to make the flow and usability of the property better.

Externally the property benefitted from a large Aluminium Bi-fold door leading to a new sandstone patio and walkways down the garden to a bar area.

This project was completed to a plaster shell only
