Single Storey Extension – New Forest National Park

This was a significantly challenging build due to the age of the original property and the inherent weaknesses within it, but approached in a careful manner our team took down the existing conservatory and opened up most of the existing rear wall, without cracking a single tile in the recently refurbished bathroom directly above the new openings.

Our team carried out internal alterations including installation of a Bespoke 3 Lift Oak Stair Case, formation of a new snug area and a boot room and ground floor WC.

Services

The roof structure completed by our team included a GRP finish and encompassed 3No Electrically Operated Roof Lanterns.

Internally we were tasked with completing to a 2nd Fix, Plastered Finished Stage, including the Kitchen Installation and Ceramic Floor Coverings to the ground floor.

Externally the customer asked for the addition of some new retaining walls and a patio area which was completed using Calibrated Indian Sandstone and Azpects Easy Grout.
