This Single Storey frontal extension was completed in Locks Heath to open up the original kitchen to provide more useable space.
To accomplish this build with requisite permissions we firstly had to divert the existing drainage to accommodate the footprint of the new shell.
Once underground drainage had been diverted our team excavated and poured the new foundations for the project.
Our engineers provided the structural steel designs and calculations and our team installed the same.
