This was a relatively quick turn around single storey rear extension in Lee On Solent where the customer had requested us to finish only to a plastered shell finish.
To facilitate this work our team removed the existing conservatory and its 3’ thick solid slab foundation, inserted a new structural steel support beam which allowed us to open up the rear wall of the property to form a large open plan ground floor family area.
Internally we supplied and fitted the new electrical and lighting systems and our plumbing team installed the new plumbing and heating elements of this build.
Internally this was left as a vaulted ceiling with two solar operated velux windows to maximise the already impressive amount of light given from the Aluminium Bi-Fold doors.
The customer requested as an extra that we lay a new patio for which we used Calibrated Indian Sandstone finished with Azpects Easy Grout.
