This was a small project undertaken by the team in Portsmouth, comprising of a single storey rear extension, opening out the rear portion of the ground floor to create a family room, kitchen/dining room and downstairs WC.
Externally the extension was finished with K-Rend Silicone Self Coloured Render, with supplied and fitted UPVC windows and doors to create a bright airy living space. In the vaulted ceiling we installed to solar operated velux windows.
To facilitate the internal alterations our Engineers designed the Structural Steel requirements for the build which our team then installed and carried out the on-site welding.
Our groundworks teams altered the drain runs to put all inspection chambers outside of the foot print of the house.
