This project involved the sub-division of an existing property to form two separate dwellings, a two bedroom and one bedroom property. This part of the project comprised of a two storey side extension to create additional living space including downstairs WC, new Stair Case, New Upstairs WC and slightly altered layout to form 3 bedrooms.
This was a project we carried out for ourselves and encompassed the skills of all the trades we have under our roof, from kitchens and bathrooms to flooring and carpentry.
