This project involved the removal of an existing car port and pre-formed concrete garage to create space for a self contained single storey detached annexe in the rear garden. The annexe comprised a kitchen / dining / living space, double bedroom and wet room, with bi-fold access to the rear garden and pedestrian door access to the driveway and main house.
We also erected a two storey side extension to the main house to form an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom additional living space and an integral garage.
