As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team and drive our financial strategies forward.

Job Description
We are looking for a highly competent Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, monitoring and managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, preferably within the construction industry, and a proven track record of success in financial management.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company objectives
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management
• Lead and mentor team members involved in finances of the business, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA is highly desirable
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
