This project started life as a small single storey extension to house a new kitchen dining area. The customer then decided to add a K-Render Finish and new windows to the entire property to give some modern kerb appeal to an older style brick built bungalow.
To the rear the single storey extension was formed of blockwork construction the customer always having the intention to have just the extension rendered. Within this we opened up the rear wall of the house to form a larger space, our teams then carried out a full internal fit out.
