As we approach the end of 2023, I find myself filled with gratitude and pride as I look back on the incredible journey we’ve had at Brightech Construction Ltd. It has been a year of significant milestones, relentless dedication, and the unwavering support of our amazing team, clients, and partners.
Growth:
Despite a tough and toughening market, we managed to turn challenges into opportunities. I am pleased to say that as just as we increased our size by 417% during 2021/22 we have managed to grow the business by a further 191% on a year on year position . This accomplishment is a testament to the hard work and commitment of every individual in our organisation.
Strategic Partnerships:
We are excited to announce our partnership with Simplisafe and Google Nest, two industry giants. These collaborations not only validate our commitment to excellence but also open new avenues for innovation and customer satisfaction, developing and expanding our smart home offerings.

Proud Members of Armed Forces Covenant:
Being accepted as members of the Armed Forces Covenant holds a special place in our hearts. It reflects our dedication to supporting those who have dedicated their lives to serving our country and ensuring they are not unfairly treated in the workplace and given the opportunities they deserve.
We are proud to have a number of former servicemen working for us and they are a credit to the branches of the armed forces in which they served.
Successful Project Deliveries:
Our team has demonstrated exceptional skill and proficiency in delivering a series of successful projects. It’s heartening to see our hard work translating into tangible results that benefit our clients and further enhance our reputation in the industry.
It’s not been particularly easy at times, nothing goes as swimmingly as you would sometimes hope, unforeseen problems crop up at the worst of times, but we have to see them as an opportunity to learn and a challenge which must be overcome.
Repeat Business and Customer Loyalty:
It’s always nice when customers come back to you with new projects. This year has been no exception, the fact that we’ve had a significant amount of repeat business from our valued customers speaks volumes. It reaffirms our commitment to providing a quality service and building lasting relationships.
Sustainable and Ecological Initiatives:
If we do what we always did, we will get what we always got….. although not always. The writing is on the wall that traditional building needs to change and evolve as evidenced in increased requirements under Part L (thin end of the wedge). In our pursuit of identifying products where we can seek to replace one non-sustainable product with a sustainable one, we have continued to expand and develop. We are working with partners to develop our sustainable and ecological offerings and more will follow in the coming year. We are proud to contribute to trying to make this planet last a little longer and championing eco-friendly practices in our industry.
